Job Description
Dave O’Mara Contractor, Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join its’ staff located in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  Hourly wage and benefit package negotiable.
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:        
        
·         Schedules all work relating to Indiana American Water (“INAW”) projects, including restoration work.
·         Maintains excellent relationship with INAW office and staff.
·         Generates invoicing tickets for all work completed, including any restoration work, on a daily/weekly basis.
·         Provides utility locates for work being performed as well as any road cut permits.
·         Attends any necessary meetings required by INAW.
·         Maintains strong verbal and written communication skills.
·         Maintains proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
 
Education/Experience:  Construction industry experience would be a plus.  Familiarity with the Jeffersonville, Indiana area also a plus.
